• Alexander Hesse, Director

Alexander was born in Accra and moved to UK with his siblings at a very young age. He was educated in London till he was employed at one of the largest teaching hospital in London in 1996. He worked as a trainee medical technician and after 10 years in this field he was promoted to Senior Clinical Technologist. He has a wide range of experience in the usage of these machines since he has been entrusted with troubleshooting most Intensive Care Units medical devices within the hospital five disciplines i.e. Neonatal, Paediatrics, General ICU, Resuscitation area in A&E, Adult Cardiac ICU, Neuro ICU and some assistance in Neuro Theatres and finally various help on the respiratory and the neuro wards.

• Lucy Hesse, Director

Lucy was born and educated in Accra before travelling to England to pursue a nursing career .She was trained at St George’s hospital in London and moved on to work in other hospitals as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
She possesses extensive health care experience in a wide range of key nursing fields. Lucy worked alongside expert Consultants and a multi disciplinary specialist of other healthcare observing and recording the conditions of patients. She was promoted to senior nurse within the District nursing team, responsible for assessing, implementation and evaluation of patient’s health care plan.
Lucy’s area of expertise includes; Palliative care, clinical treatment, clinical examination, administering medications, treating wounds, phlebotomy, promoting good health care. She had the knowledge and skills for clinical practice development, service development, line management, and health and safety awareness. Lucy had been involved in counselling bereaved families and friends as Bereavement counsellor.

• Frederick Martey

Frederick was born and raised in Accra. He also went through his basic schooling in Ghana as well as graduating with a BSc in Marketing from Institute of Professional Studies now University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA). Mr. Martey strongly believes in continuous professional development and sustainability of the organization and clients. By formulating the organizational marketing strategy, estimates demand and identify markets for the company's products and services. He is also responsible for developing marketing campaigns to promote a product, service or idea and establishment of a network based on good customer relations.

• Benjamin Obo-nai, Administrator

Benjamin is the Administrator cum financial manager of Scan Health Systems Limited, responsible for planning, overseeing and managing the daily operations of the company. Before joining Scan Health Systems Limited, he has worked with Social Security and National Insurance Trust as part of his national service. He holds a B.A (Economics) honors from the University of Ghana as well as a certificate from the Ghana Stock Exchange. Benjamin is a self-motivated person with strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge in finance, marketing and superior customer service.
